Cancellation Policy

This website is operated by Kanav Kapoor (Legal Name as per PAN Card), trading as Respawn Digital.

1. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us in writing at aloha@respawn.digital within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that work has not yet commenced.

2. After Work Has Commenced

Once work on a project has commenced, cancellation requests will not be entertained and the full agreed amount remains payable. No partial refunds will be issued for work already completed.

3. Cancellation by Respawn Digital

Respawn Digital reserves the right to cancel a project at any time if the client fails to provide necessary inputs, breaches agreed terms, or engages in conduct that makes it impractical to continue. In such cases, payment for work completed up to the point of cancellation will be retained.
